RSVG Zuid-Limburg

Rijden Specifiek Voor Gehandicapten Zuid-Limburg (R.S.V.G.) is a volunteer-run equestrian association based in Sittard, the Netherlands. It offers therapeutic horse-riding activities for people with disabilities and others who need extra support or cannot participate at a regular riding school. The association aims to improve participants’ quality of life while supporting their wellbeing, physical development, and opportunities to take part in society.

R.S.V.G. provides a welcoming, safe, and trusted setting where participants can build confidence and enjoy the connection between people and horses. Its approach is grounded in equality, respect for each person’s individual abilities, and care for both people and horses. Volunteers, participants, caregivers, and visitors contribute to the shared community.

The association also welcomes new riders and volunteers, and invites visitors to experience its environment. Donations and sponsorships help fund a safe, high-quality facility, adapted equipment, and suitable, well-trained horses, enabling R.S.V.G. to continue making therapeutic riding accessible to the people it serves.
