Its website provides event photo galleries and tools to help riders find images of themselves among large collections of high-resolution photographs. Customers can upload a GPX file created from their cycling computer data; the service uses route and timing information to identify when they passed photo points, then sends links to relevant galleries. Riders can browse the images and select individual photos or choose a €30 flat-rate option for their own pictures from one participant at one event, including individual and group shots at the available photo points.

The flat rate becomes available in the checkout when at least four images are in the cart. Payment is available through PayPal or bank transfer. The team also offers help locating photos and converting FIT files into usable timing information, and can provide later-discovered matching images at no extra charge for flat-rate customers
