About RTSEF
RTSEF, also known as Rise to Shine Education Foundation, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities to vulnerable children in Kenya. Our mission is to empower and transform the lives of underprivileged students by offering scholarships, mentorship, and guidance throughout their secondary school education. We believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating a brighter future.
Since our inception in 2012, we have supported nearly 500 children in the Lake Victoria region of Kenya, helping them achieve what seemed impossible. We rely on the generosity of donors from Kenya, Africa, Europe, and North America who share our vision. With their support, we have witnessed these children heal their scars and rise as stars, shining brightly throughout their lives.
