RUAVIATION, a brand under Volga-Dnepr Group, is a leading global player in unique and outsized cargo transportation. With the guidance of Valery Gabriel, the executive president of Volga-Dnepr airline, the brand has implemented projects such as Ruslan International and Ruslan SALIS, which focus on the further promotion of transportation using the unique An-124-100 Ruslan aircraft. Recognizing the need for a separate airline to support their long-haul transportation business, RUAVIATION plans to establish a specialized feed airline.

This new airline will operate small-sized aircraft and provide efficient support for their cargo transportation flow. They aim to decrease delivery time and improve service quality for customers by creating regional cargo centers that follow the Western model. After necessary custom procedures, cargo will be reconsolidated and loaded onto aircraft of different sizes according to their final destination.

To finance the project, RUAVIATION will invest $40-50 million from their own funds. The regional carrier will acquire 7-10 converted Boeing 737 aircraft from European airlines. The conversion process will take place outside of Russia, with the option of leasing, direct purchase, or conversion depending on the individual aircraft's flight hours and cost-effectiveness.

Overall, RUAVIATION is dedicated to enhancing cargo transportation in Russia and providing fast, reliable, and cost-efficient services to their customers
