Unclaimed brand

Rugby Potsdam is the rugby department of the University Sports Club Potsdam (USV), a community sports organization with a history in the region dating back to 1955. Based in Brandenburg’s state capital, the club brings together players aged 6 to 75 and introduces a sport that remains less familiar than football in Germany. Its teams include a men’s side competing in the regional league, a women’s team, an Old Boys team, a touch rugby group, and seven children’s and youth teams.
The club offers rugby for a wide range of ages and abilities, with school sports activities helping children discover the game. Training and competition are complemented by regular tournaments with clubs from Berlin and Brandenburg, as well as events involving teams from across Germany and Europe. Rugby Potsdam also organizes opportunities for international team experiences and welcomes families and supporters to share in match days.
Known for promoting respectful conduct, the club received the German Sports Fair Play Award in 2017
