Rugby League Project is an independent online archive dedicated to documenting the history and statistics of rugby league. Curated on a voluntary, part-time basis by Shawn Dollin and Andrew Ferguson, with contributions from the rugby league community, the site aims to record top-level competitions and their matches, players, coaches, venues, referees and officials from the sportβs beginnings in 1895. Its coverage spans international, regional and domestic rugby league, including historical seasons in England and Australia and the latest competition information.
Visitors can explore results, fixtures, tables, teams, player and coach profiles, records, venues, officials, birthdays and match details through year-by-year archives and a calendar. Search tools and a custom match-list feature help users find and organise information, while updates and comments support ongoing engagement. The site also publishes the Rugby League Annual in collaboration with LeagueUnlimited, offering season summaries, detailed results, match reports, team information and statistics. Recent editions are available to read online or download as PDFs.
