Ruigste Run

De Ruigste Run van de Veenkoloniën is an obstacle-run and mud-run event based in Noord-Nederland. Held in the Adriaan Tripbos in Sappemeer, Groningen, it invites participants to climb, swim, crawl and make their way through mud and more than 30 obstacles. The event offers several challenges: a 4.5 km parent-and-child course, individual 4.5 km and 7.5 km options, and a 15 km route that covers the course twice. Participants can take part alone or together, with distances suited to different experience and fitness levels.

Beyond the run, De Ruigste Run creates a lively event day for participants, families and supporters, with activities for children, local food and drinks, and music from a DJ.
