D'Rummlfelser

Faschingsgesellschaft D’Rummlfelser Fischbach e. V. is a community carnival society based in Fischbach, bringing together people of different ages who enjoy the festive season and its traditions. During carnival, the society appears in public with its full court and presents a lively program for audiences. Its performances include guard dances, show dances and the traditional prince’s waltz, with dance breaks between acts so guests can join in. A polonaise helps get the crowd into a party mood.

The society’s website introduces its leadership, membership opportunities, schedule, partners and history, alongside extensive galleries of photographs and videos. Visitors can explore the story of the group, which began in 1982 when carnival enthusiasts in Fischbach paraded through town with three decorated floats, acting out humorous local events. The society also highlights its gardens, carnival prince and princess, and council members. In addition to its online content, D’Rummlfelser Fischbach takes part in the Fischbach carnival procession, with assembly at the local fire brigade station.
