Her experience and specialist training shape an approach that combines movement, education and personal support.

The practice offers MamaWORKOUT classes for pregnancy, pelvic floor and back recovery, and general fitness, with options including live online sessions, outdoor workouts and personal training. Additional offerings include hypnobirthing courses, doula support, and a baby bonding bath. Clients can also seek advice about rectus diastasis.

Christiane’s work is grounded in her commitment to accompanying women through the physical and emotional changes surrounding childbirth. After developing her expertise in prenatal and postnatal exercise, she trained as a doula and hypnobirthing course leader in 2023, expanding the support available to families in Hamburg.
