Although its storefront is closed, the service continues from a private workshop, with appointments arranged flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Each racket is strung individually on a Wilson Baiardo electronic constant-pull machine, with careful attention to tension, frame protection and consistent results.

Standard stringing costs €17 in labour and typically takes two to three working days; express service costs €20 and is completed within 24 hours, with the chosen string charged separately. Customers can bring their own string or request advice through a free online string adviser. Additional services include grip and grommet replacement, racket tuning and matching, and string-bed measurements.

The workshop works with brands including Yonex, Wilson, Head, Kirschbaum, Luxilon, Solinco and MSV, and offers Yonex test rackets on request.
