Lamppost Ministries

Lamppost Running is a ministry of Lamppost Ministries that brings people together to explore the connection between Christian faith and endurance running. Its community welcomes beginners and experienced runners, offering resources for different abilities and goals while encouraging participants to grow in biblical understanding, authentic community, and everyday discipleship. Through the More Than Neighbors study, members consider a biblical worldview of community and connect each devotion with the experience of running.

The Lamppost Running Community Kit is a one-time purchase that includes a devotion book, audiobook and eBook, a runner-focused study guide, a tri-blend community T-shirt, and two decals. The study guide includes a 5K Challenge plan and QR code access to beginner, intermediate, and advanced training plans for 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon distances. The kit also provides guidance for starting a local Lamppost Running chapter, weekly commentary from founder Mitchell Hollis, and access to a nationwide Facebook group. Participants can begin independently or with a group, building friendships and putting biblical community into practice.
