Athletes can choose a coach whose expertise and approach suit their goals, training preferences, and personal constraints.

Rather than providing only a training plan, the academy emphasizes an ongoing relationship based on trust, communication, and shared commitment to progress. Its services include individualized coaching, training plans, athlete support, and opportunities to connect with a community of fellow runners. The website also features athlete testimonials, an online shop, and training stages, including a stage in Kenya.

Training is managed through the Nolio platform, with monthly payments and a minimum three-month commitment. Running Academy presents sport as both a personal journey and a collective experience, welcoming motivated runners who want guidance, encouragement, and a tailored path toward their goals
