Running At 40 Plus

Running at 40 Plus (R40) is a community and resource for runners aged over 40, welcoming people at every stage, from beginners following a Couch to 5K journey to experienced marathoners. Its mission is to help members share their experiences, connect with runners of a similar age and find encouragement and support for their individual running goals.
