Running Shows Ireland

The Irish Running Show is a two-day event created by runners for runners, organised by Running Shows Ireland, a business operated by Cat’s Eye Media Ltd. The 2027 show is scheduled for 6 and 7 February at RDS Dublin. It welcomes runners of all abilities, as well as people interested in health and fitness, and offers visitors a chance to explore more than 100 brands, discover running products and equipment, and speak directly with exhibitors and experts.

The programme includes talks and presentations from speakers across running, coaching, nutrition, athletics and related fields. Visitors can also take part in interactive activities, including Pilates and yoga for runners, practical running-safety sessions, challenges and a children’s activity zone. Representatives from running clubs, races and events help attendees connect with the running community and plan future races. Children attend free, making the show suitable for families.

For brands, the event provides in-person exhibition opportunities, product demonstrations and digital promotion. The show also supports Pieta as its official charity partner.
