Runstrong is a running and fitness coaching business founded by trail runner Ronel Nattrass, with support from ultra-marathon runner Brett Nattrass. Based in the Western Cape, it helps beginners, everyday athletes and experienced runners build fitness, strength and confidence for outdoor adventures and race goals. Runstrong offers personalized online coaching, customized one-to-one training plans and ready-made plans for upcoming events, delivered using TrainingPeaks software. Its services also include strength training specifically designed for runners, personal training for individuals and groups, and group training at its gym in Stellenbosch. For recovery and mobility, the business provides sports massage therapy and fascia release in Somerset West.
