Ruparelia Foundation

Ruparelia Foundation is a Uganda-based charitable organization established in 2012 by Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia and Mrs. Jyotsna Ruparelia. Guided by the message “Enriching Lives Together,” it works to support positive change and improve livelihoods in communities across Uganda. The Foundation delivers initiatives directly and collaborates with partners from the business, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Its work spans education, health, community support, sports, startups, and wildlife and environmental causes. In education, it awards scholarships to deserving students as part of efforts to reduce school dropouts. Its health initiatives promote community health, sometimes in collaboration with charitable partners. The Foundation also facilitates sporting activities and supports sports personalities, with examples including the Busoga Marathon, the Joseph Ruvuna Rezida football tournament, and a Uganda Rugby Union goat-racing event.

The organization provides grant opportunities and invites individuals and organizations to apply, volunteer, donate, or partner with it. Its website also shares information about beneficiaries, projects, events, and impact, along with annual audit reports and testimonials.
