Ruraltivity is a pioneering platform dedicated to empowering rural women in Spain by fostering self-employment initiatives. Established by FADEMUR, Ruraltivity addresses critical challenges faced by rural areas, such as aging, depopulation, and gender inequality. The program provides comprehensive support through training, resources, and personalized guidance, helping women launch and develop their own businesses.

Offering a variety of tools, Ruraltivity includes the Youth Entrepreneurship Kit, digital resources, and online courses tailored for different stages of business development — from idea generation to project consolidation. Participants can connect with a community of fellow entrepreneurs, share experiences, and receive expert mentorship. Ruraltivity aims to stabilize rural populations by encouraging economic growth and creating equal opportunity for women in the countryside. With initiatives like scholarships in collaboration with PepsiCo and access to specialized advice, Ruraltivity is making significant strides toward enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape for women in rural Spain.
