Rustico Homes

Rustico Homes is a family-owned, third-generation custom home builder based in Burnet, Texas. Serving the Highland Lakes and Central Texas, the company builds luxury homes in communities including Marble Falls, Kingsland, Horseshoe Bay, Lake LBJ, Bertram, and areas toward Austin and Killeen. Rustico works with clients who own land as well as those seeking a homesite from its private selection.

Each home is designed from scratch with a contract architect to reflect the family’s needs, preferences, budget, and property. Services include site evaluation, custom floor plans, design and finish selections, budgeting, and full construction, from grading and foundations through utilities and interior trim. The company highlights durable materials such as Texas limestone, timber beams, and custom cabinetry.

Rustico limits the number of homes it builds each year, with owners visiting job sites weekly. Clients receive an online portal with project photos, schedules, costs, and direct communication, along with scheduled walkthroughs. The process concludes with a detailed final inspection.
