Rust On Top is a Rust companion app designed to give players useful information and remote controls without cheats or mods. Its desktop and mobile tools bring maps, team activity, base monitoring, and server events together, while a Discord bot can keep teams updated when they are offline. RotLink connects to Rust servers to report world events such as patrol helicopters, cargo ships, airdrops, and locked crates, and provides team presence and chat updates.

Players can explore detailed maps with resource and wildlife data, control paired smart switches, monitor tool cupboard upkeep and storage, and receive raid alarm notifications. Additional tools include a raid-cost calculator, which compares ways to break targets using available crafting resources, and decay tracking that estimates when structures will collapse. The app also provides monument guides covering keycard puzzles, required items, radiation, loot, and utilities. Rust On Top offers a Windows download, a mobile beta, Discord access, and services for server administrators, including console commands, RCON, wipe and ban management, plugins, and BattleMetrics integration.
