RusVideochat is a Russian-language video chat and random-chat platform designed to connect people for live, face-to-face conversations online. Presented as a Russian alternative to Chatroulette, the service pairs users with new conversation partners through automated matching, making each video session different. Visitors can start chatting for free without registering, so they can begin almost immediately and decide for themselves how long to continue a conversation.

The platform is intended for people seeking casual conversation, online знакомства, or a way to meet others with shared interests, wherever they may be. Its video format lets participants see and speak with one another rather than relying only on text, and the site promotes using the chat at any convenient time. RusVideochat also features a premium video chat offering focused on conversations with women. The website includes sections about online video chat, dating, and roulette-style communication, alongside guidance and articles on interacting online. Users can follow the brand’s VKontakte group for news and prize giveaways.
