Harmony Lactation

Harmony Lactation, LLC provides personalized breastfeeding and lactation support to families in Macomb County, St. Clair County, and surrounding areas. Founded by Ruth Daly, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), the practice draws on more than 15 years of experience caring for newborns, children, and families, along with over eight years as a lactation consultant. Support is available in the home and through telehealth, helping families access care in a way that works for them.

Services include guidance for painful latching and other breastfeeding challenges, prenatal and newborn education, and practical assistance as parents work toward their feeding goals. Harmony offers evidence-based information, attentive listening, and a personalized approach to help families understand their options and navigate unexpected difficulties. The practice aims to empower parents with greater confidence through support and education, recognizing that every breastfeeding journey is different. Harmony Lactation also notes that insurance-covered breastfeeding assistance may be available. Families can contact the practice by phone or email to learn more about working together.
