rUv

Reuven Cohen, known as rUv, is an AI builder and the founder and Chief AI Officer of Cognitum One. His work focuses on sovereign agentic AI: systems designed to perceive, reason, coordinate, act and evolve across cloud environments, enterprise infrastructure and edge devices. Through rUv, he publishes open-source tools that also provide groundwork for Cognitum’s enterprise deployments, connecting community-developed software with systems used in production.

His projects include Ruflo, an agent harness for orchestrating autonomous workflows and multi-agent swarms; RuView, which explores WiFi-based presence and spatial sensing; RuVector, a self-learning vector and graph database for real-time decisions and agent memory; and AgentDB, a persistent vector memory for AI agents. His broader work also covers agent architecture, memory systems and autonomous AI.

Cohen supports the community through free, hands-on AI Hackerspace sessions, weekly VibeCast coding events and the Agentics Foundation. He offers one-on-one consulting and an Agentic Tribe cohort for teams developing and shipping agentic systems.
