Rwanda Village Community Promoters (RVCP) is a non-profit, youth-led organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of underprivileged people in village communities. Founded in 1998 by students from the University of Rwanda, RVCP's mission is to build the capacity of young people and engage them in creating a better living environment for the underprivileged. Through their community outreach and activities in various provinces of Rwanda, including Kigali, eastern, and northern regions, RVCP has made a significant impact on the lives of over 25 target groups.

RVCP's work focuses on areas such as HIV/AIDS awareness, maternal health, gender empowerment, income generation, hygiene and sanitation, and diagnostics programs. They also run initiatives like the Let Little Children Come to Me (LLCCM) Orphan Centre and the Huye Health Clinic. By collaborating with international volunteers, local volunteers, students, and business leaders, RVCP strives to foster empowerment, leadership, and innovative volunteerism.
