RW Assessoria Esportiva is a running and fitness coaching brand based in Jacareí, São Paulo, offering in-person and online training. Its running programs are individualized around each participant’s goals, current fitness, and availability. Goals may include improving conditioning or performance, losing weight, and preparing for races ranging from 21 kilometers to marathons and ultras. Training plans are prepared weekly and adjusted using athletes’ feedback, with access through the RW app and online platform. Online running clients also receive functional training videos featuring strengthening, stretching, and running drills, alongside regular coaching reviews.

At its Base RW location, the brand provides group functional training in classes of up to six people, with individual adjustments and professional supervision. Sessions last 50 minutes and focus on running improvement and general fitness. In-person running sessions include warm-ups, running-specific coordination exercises, and post-training abdominal work and muscle recovery. The Jacareí base also offers hydration support for runners. Coaching is led by technical director and trainer Renato Oliveira, who holds a Brazilian athletics coaching registration.
