About RWS – Ignition Technology
RWS GmbH is a German manufacturer of ammunition, ammunition components and pyrotechnic elements, serving hunting and sport, armed forces and public authorities, and industrial applications. Founded in 1886, the company is now part of the Beretta Holding Group and a member of the Beretta Defense Technologies alliance. With around 1,400 employees at two German sites, RWS is a European market leader in small-calibre ammunition and pyrotechnic components.
Its consumer brands include RWS and GECO ammunition, ROTTWEIL hunting and sporting shotgun cartridges, and HAUSKEN sound moderators.
