About Royal Western YC
Royal Western Yacht Club (RWYC) is Plymouth's premier yacht club, located in the picturesque Queen Anne's Battery Marina. Established in 1989 and officially opened by HRH The Princess Royal, the club boasts stunning views of the historic Barbican, Mount Batten Peninsula, and Plymouth Sound. RWYC is dedicated to fostering a vibrant sailing community, offering a range of activities including oceanic and club racing, with regular events and a comprehensive racing calendar.
