Rybáři Ostroměř

Rybáři Ostroměř is the local organization of the Czech Fishing Union, based in Ostroměř, Czech Republic. It supports local anglers and shares information about fishing, club activities, and access to nearby waters, including the Vojický Pond fishing grounds. The organization’s website provides updates on fishing seasons and periods when fishing is restricted, along with practical guidance and useful links for members and visitors.

Its activities include organizing fishing competitions, such as the Chodovický Kapřík, and promoting youth participation through a fishing club and children’s events. Members can find information about volunteer workdays and how to arrange required work duties. The organization also offers regular examinations for people seeking their first fishing license; these are held on the first Wednesday of most months at the E. Štorch Museum in Ostroměř. News, event notices, photographs, downloads, and instructions for using the RIS fishing portal help keep the community informed. Rybáři Ostroměř combines practical support for anglers with opportunities to learn, volunteer, and take part in local fishing traditions.
