Rybáři Skuteč

Rybáři Skuteč, z.s. is a fishing association serving the Skuteč community in the Czech Republic. Its official website provides information for members and visitors about the organization’s activities, fishing rules, association statutes, committee meeting records, volunteer work and fishing-permit sales. The association also supports young anglers through a children’s fishing club and organizes a varied calendar of competitions for adults, children and pairs.

Events featured on the site include carp and trout contests, pike and spinning competitions, night fishing, endurance challenges and the František Lorenc Memorial. The website shares competition results and event information, alongside photographs and practical guidance for participants. The association also communicates about local fishery management and responsible conduct around fish. For example, it reports stocking a pond near Štěpánov with Siberian, Russian and large sturgeon, and reminds anglers that sturgeon are protected throughout the year in its fishing waters. Rybáři Skuteč combines community angling, youth engagement, organized events and attention to respectful treatment of fish.
