Rybáři Slatiňany

Rybáři Slatiňany is the local organization of the Czech Fishing Union in Slatiňany, serving anglers and promoting fishing in the surrounding area. Its website provides members and visitors with practical information about permits, membership fees, local waters, regulations, and club activities. The organization sells fishing permits and membership stamps, with sales arranged at stated times or by prior telephone agreement.

A key part of its work is managing and caring for local fishing waters. Recent activities include stocking fish such as pike, brown trout, and burbot, as well as installing zander spawning nests and organizing volunteer clean-up days. The association also brings anglers together through fishing competitions, including events for members and contests connected with the town of Slatiňany. Its calendar, noticeboard, photo gallery, and video section share updates, results, and information about upcoming activities. Rybáři Slatiňany also supports younger anglers through a fishing club and keeps members informed about meetings, legislation, and other matters relevant to the local fishing community.
