RYŚ GIŻYCKO

Koło Łowieckie „Ryś” is a hunting club based in the Giżycko area of Poland, with its listed address in Kruklin. The club traces its beginnings to 1952, when employees of the Giżycko regional State Forests formed an informal group of 12 hunters who organized joint hunts. It has since marked its 50th, 60th and 70th anniversaries, with the 70-year celebration held in 2022.

The club’s website shares information about its history, hunting districts, members and activities. It publishes announcements about general and extraordinary member meetings, along with news relevant to the hunting community. Members can access a dedicated, login-protected section, while hunters can find documents and guidance intended for their reference. The site also highlights events such as the Tadeusz Kryński Winter Shooting Tournament and provides updates on membership matters, including Polish Hunting Association fees. Information about seasonal hunting opportunities and the species listed for October is also available. Koło Łowieckie „Ryś” can be contacted by email at [email protected].
