SÅN-løberne is a running club serving the Bornholm communities of Svaneke, Årsdale and Nexø. Founded in 1994, the club has grown from eight runners at its first training session to around 50 members. It brings people together through a shared interest in exercise and running in Bornholm’s scenic landscapes, welcoming participants of all abilities. Members can join weekly group runs without a requirement to attend regularly and may benefit from guidance from experienced runners.

Training takes place year-round, with sessions at the club’s location by Møbelfabrikken in Nexø and at outdoor locations during summer. The club also supports a social run in Svaneke, offering relaxed 6–7 kilometre outings followed by soft ice cream or coffee. Membership options include active and recreational runner plans, a reduced rate for children, and a supporter membership for non-runners. Active members can receive support toward race entry fees and licences for selected events. SÅN-løberne also participates in and has organised a range of local races, road events and ultramarathons.
