Saben Group

Saben Group is a Queenstown, New Zealand-based development and building company creating high-quality homes designed around the way people live. Led by Lauren Christie, whose experience includes major regional developments such as Ayrburn, the company brings together residential development, construction, design and thoughtful curation. Its services include guiding clients through the design and build process, from early conversations about a site and lifestyle to project management, material choices and final finishes. Saben aims to make the journey clear and personal, with direct attention from Lauren and flexibility for clients who want to be more or less involved.

The company also offers completed homes and plans for buyers seeking a thoughtfully designed property without waiting for a full custom build. Saben homes emphasize timeless style, craftsmanship, intentional details and spaces that support everyday wellbeing. Properties are finished and styled to feel move-in ready, with careful attention to textures, materials and practical living.
