Sabine Meyer-Engel

Equilibria is the practice of Sabine Meyer-Engel, a horse osteopath, manual therapist and Horse Tensegrity® trainer. It combines osteopathy and targeted training to support functional, healthy movement and lasting wellbeing in horses. Sabine takes an individual approach, tailoring care to each horse’s needs, whether the aim is rehabilitation, prevention or performance support.

Services include gentle osteopathic treatment to address movement restrictions, tension and functional imbalances, as well as manual therapy using mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques for joints, muscles, fascia and connective tissue. Horse Tensegrity® training focuses on balance, stability and carrying capacity, while helping horses develop more functional movement patterns. Additional services include dry needling for myofascial trigger points, kinesiology taping to support the body’s regulation and movement, and individual rehabilitation and conditioning after injury or surgery.

Sabine trained in equine osteopathy at Arthron – School for Equine Osteopathy and Movement Therapy. She continues to develop her knowledge through further education and professional exchange, with the goal of supporting each horse’s natural self-regulation, mobility and wellbeing.
