Sabri Ülker Vakfı

Sabri Ülker Foundation, also known as the Sabri Ülker Food Research Institute Foundation, is an organization focused on nutrition, health and healthy living. Through educational projects, publications and public communication, it shares information intended to support greater understanding of food, balanced eating and wellbeing. Its initiatives include Yemekte Denge (Balance at the Table), the Yemekte Denge Kitchen, healthy recipes from young chefs, in-service training and the Nutrition and Healthy Living Summit. The foundation also runs the Sabri Ülker Science Award and a Nutrition and Health Communication Program, and participates in joint and European Union grant projects.
