Sacred Mother

Sacred Mother is a holistic coaching and wellbeing practice founded by Monika, a coach, naturopath, doula and yoga therapist. Based in Hamburg and also working online, it supports women through pregnancy and motherhood, with an emphasis on self-love, intuition, spiritual connection and personal strength. Its approach responds to the pressures and expectations many mothers face, encouraging a more grounded, compassionate and authentic experience of womanhood and motherhood.

Services include one-to-one coaching for pregnant women and mothers, doula support for a self-directed, spiritually connected natural birth, and gentle care during the postpartum period. Monika brings together coaching, yoga, Ayurveda, bodywork and rituals in individual sessions and group offerings. Workshops and retreats give participants space to rest, reflect and connect through practices such as meditation, yoga, journaling, ceremonies and women’s circles. Programs also include postpartum retreats and training in the Closing the Bones ritual. Sacred Mother aims to help each woman reconnect with her inner wisdom and discover a sense of fulfilment beyond perfectionism, whether she joins in Hamburg or online.
