SADAQA is a leading civil society organization that aims to empower women and create a female-friendly work environment. Founded in 2011, SADAQA officially registered as a non-profit institution in 2012 with the goal of promoting women's economic participation and addressing gender inequality in the labor market. Their mission is to support working families, encourage women and working mothers to enter and thrive in the workforce, and help them reach managerial positions and decision-making roles.

SADAQA tackles the obstacles that hinder women's entry into the labor market, such as the lack of childcare facilities, inadequate public transportation systems, wage inequality, and limited social protection. They have provided care for over 8,000 children and assisted more than 15,000 women in maintaining their employment. SADAQA also supports over 400 childcare centers and 1,600 caregivers, all of which can be found through their heat map database.
