Udruzenje Uvek Sa Decom, based in Belgrade, is an association that aims to fight against cancer in children. Established in 1991, they provide assistance and support to children undergoing treatment at the Pediatric Oncology and Radiology Institute of Serbia. Despite the fact that childhood cancer cases represent only a fraction of total adult cancer cases, these diseases rank second as a cause of mortality for children aged 0-15 years in developed countries, right after accidents.

The association believes that a proper understanding of these diseases and the collective effort of the community reflect the maturity and development of society as a whole. With effective collaboration, appropriate equipment, and specialized care from various healthcare professionals, including pediatric oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, immunologists, bacteriologists, pathologists, psychologists, and more, they have successfully cured over half of the affected children, allowing them to regain their childhood. In addition to medical treatment, the association and the healthcare staff organize various activities to engage with the children, such as visits from actors, poets, and children's writers, to nurture their talents.
