Sádt Győző Alapítvány

Sádt Győző Alapítvány is a Hungarian charitable foundation established by the family of Sádt Győző in his memory. Its central mission is to help talented, hardworking Corvinus University students whose financial circumstances make higher education more difficult. For more than 30 years, the foundation has provided non-repayable financial assistance to support students in completing their studies.

Eligible applicants include students across Corvinus undergraduate and master’s programmes, including those in self-funded courses, subject to the foundation’s stated year-of-study requirements. Applicants submit a written application and supporting documents; the foundation’s board decides whether assistance will take the form of a recurring scholarship or a one-time grant. Recent awards have included monthly scholarships and single payments, with amounts and availability determined through each application round. The foundation also shares application guidance, news, reports, and information about its activities. It invites supporters to contribute through Hungary’s personal income tax donation scheme, helping sustain assistance for students in need. Its website publishes governance, financial, and public-benefit documents, reflecting its commitment to transparency.
