The Saitama Arts Foundation is a public-interest foundation dedicated to promoting arts and culture in Saitama Prefecture. It manages and operates two cultural venues: Saitama Arts Theater and Saitama Hall. Through these facilities, the foundation presents a varied program spanning theater, dance, classical and other music, cinema, and special events, bringing performances by Japanese and international artists to local audiences.

Its offerings include stage productions, concerts, dance performances, film screenings, lectures, workshops, and cultural exhibitions. The foundation also provides ticket reservations and sales, membership services, event calendars, and information about upcoming programs. Alongside performances, it supports learning and participation through activities such as dance classes, organ lessons, and workshops, including programs designed for people with specific access needs.

Visitors can also explore performing-arts resources and exhibitions at the theater. By combining venue management, artistic programming, audience services, and educational activities, the Saitama Arts Foundation helps make a broad range of cultural experiences accessible to residents and visitors
