About Safe Haven NM
Safe Haven NM is a pet adoption agency and no-kill shelter located in Las Cruces, NM. They specialize in finding permanent and responsible homes for abandoned cats and dogs, while also promoting humane principles and behavior. By adopting a rescue pet from Safe Haven NM, you are giving an animal a second chance at life.
Their sanctuary, set on 3 acres of lushly landscaped grounds, is home to approximately 90 rescued pets awaiting adoption. Safe Haven NM aims to be a leader in the care and placement of cats and dogs as animal companions in nurturing homes. They advocate for proper care of animals and actively promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet over-population.
In addition to their adoption program, Safe Haven NM offers a sanctuary program and encourages community involvement through volunteering and donations. They also have a thrift store where you can donate or shop for items, with all proceeds supporting their mission. Feel free to visit their website or social media platforms for more information and to get involved with Safe Haven NM
