Safety Link Assist

Safety Link Assist supports people with disabilities, their families and carers by helping them access equipment, products and services. Serving communities throughout Victoria, the organisation works with NDIS participants and privately funded consumers to provide a broad range of supports, backed by its experience as a long-term provider of healthcare equipment, assistive technology and continence products.

Its offerings include quality-assured equipment and products, continence supplies, delivery to customers’ homes, and equipment maintenance and repair. The organisation’s services are supported by supplier contracts and a team described as skilled and committed to collaboration, accountability, innovation, respect and compassion. Customer feedback highlights practical assistance with scooters and wheelchairs, including repairs that help people travel and participate in their communities more independently.

Safety Link Assist operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and provides a 24-hour, seven-day emergency equipment repair contact for Victoria. Customers can call to discuss pricing or request a quote. Its stated priorities include value, timely access, industry-standard products and a customer-centred approach.
