About Saff
Saff is the official brand of the Royal School for Non-commissioned Officers, located on the Saffraanberg Campus. This prestigious institution provides the basic training for all Defense non-commissioned officers. During your training, you will be shaped academically, militarily, athletically, and personally.
As an essential link between officers and soldiers, being a non-commissioned officer means leading teams and getting hands-on in the field. You will be responsible for successfully executing planned actions and will be the backbone of the military. In addition to the basic training, Saff also offers a wide range of advanced courses and programs for non-commissioned officers.
The Campus also provides the basic training for officers recruited with a bachelor's or master's degree, as well as preparatory year programs for the Royal Military Academy.
