Sage Beginnings is Emma’s birth support practice, serving women in the Clarence Valley and offering online support. Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare as a midwife, Emma works as a Birth Keeper, supporting women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with a blend of scientific knowledge and spiritual care. Her approach centres each woman’s autonomy, values and innate understanding of her body, helping her make informed choices and prepare for birth with trust and confidence.
The practice offers Soul and Science Birth Support, an in-person and online package tailored to individual needs across the pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. Sacred Path to Power is an eight-week online birth preparation experience combining science and soul to reconnect participants with their body’s wisdom. Sage Beginnings also provides birth pool hire, with accessories and a single-use liner included; hire is available alongside Emma’s support or as a standalone service with postage. The website features free resources, a blog and women’s stories about their experiences of Emma’s support.
