Sahara West Urgent Care & Wellness is a walk-in medical clinic in Las Vegas offering same-day care, primary care, and wellness services for patients of all ages. The clinic welcomes walk-ins and accepts self-pay patients, eligible membership plans, and many major insurance plans, including Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE, Humana, and CareSource. X-rays are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while ultrasounds are offered by appointment every other Friday.
