Smile Action International is a non-profit organization founded in October 2019 in Zimbabwe. Their main objective is to empower and promote the recognition of people with disabilities, less privileged individuals, and orphans in Zimbabwe, as well as extend their services internationally. The organization is currently in the process of expanding to countries such as Malawi, Botswana, Zambia, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Namibia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

With a membership of 1300 members in Zimbabwe, Smile Action International operates under a Global Headquarters located in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Their dedicated Board of Directors oversees various departments and extends its reach through the SAi Zimbabwe Branch, operated by the National Board. Through programs like awareness campaigns, health education, art and music trainings, and donation drives, Smile Action International is committed to empowering marginalized individuals and fostering inclusive development
