About St Gabriel Catholic Church of Poway
St. Gabriel Catholic Church of Poway, located in Poway, CA, is a vibrant and welcoming community of faith. Our mission is to make present the Church of Christ in Poway by offering Mass and the Sacraments, providing Christian education, engaging in evangelizing outreach, and practicing Christian charity.
Led by our dedicated pastor, Very Rev. Michael Froidurot, we strive to foster a strong personal relationship with Christ. Father Froidurot, born and raised in France, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our parish.
He completed his studies in theology in Belgium and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in theology. At St. Gabriel Catholic Church, we offer a wide range of ministries to serve our diverse community, including community outreach, youth ministries, Hispanic ministry, liturgical and worship ministries, pro-life ministry, and more.
We also provide sacramental preparation and celebrate the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist, Confirmation, Matrimony, Holy Orders, and Anointing of the Sick.
