St Joseph’s Centre in Shankill, County Dublin, is Ireland’s largest care home dedicated exclusively to dementia care. Part of St John of God Hospital CLG, the centre provides a welcoming, homely community for people living with dementia and their families. Its approach is person-centred and rights-based, recognising each person’s dignity, choices and individual needs. Care supports physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing, guided by the values of hospitality, compassion and respect.
