Školní atletický klub Chodov, known as ŠAK Chodov, is an athletics club based in Chodov, Czechia. Founded in 1991, it welcomes young people and other local residents interested in sport and athletics. More than 200 athletes and athletics supporters from Chodov and nearby areas are part of the club. Its home stadium is located beside the 3rd Elementary School on Husova Street, and the club uses the school gym for winter training. Sessions may also take place elsewhere depending on the weather and current conditions.
A team of experienced coaches leads regular training, with schedules and groups available through the club’s training information. Members take part together in sporting competitions and events, while practices and club activities also offer opportunities to build lasting friendships. ŠAK Chodov shares event news, an activity calendar, athlete galleries, photos and videos, and information about training camps. The club also provides downloadable documents and sells club equipment.
