SalesTalent.com Sales Recruiters

SalesTalent. com is a nationwide sales recruitment agency specializing in finding high-performing B2B sales professionals, particularly passive candidates who are not actively applying for jobs. Its recruiters are former sales leaders who use their experience to assess candidates and match them with each client’s hiring needs, culture, and goals.

Rather than posting job ads, the firm conducts targeted searches and multi-channel outreach, supported by a custom candidate scorecard and a structured evaluation process. SalesTalent. com recruits across outside and inside sales, sales development, account management, sales operations, and executive leadership, including CRO, CSO, and VP-level roles.

Its searches span industries such as software, healthcare, finance, technology, manufacturing, and advertising. Services cover the recruitment process from intake and search strategy through candidate screening, interviews, background and reference checks, offer support, and post-hire follow-up. The agency works on contingent or retained search arrangements.

It reports an average of 7. 64 days to deliver qualified candidates and a 93. 61% one-year retention rate for placements
