Sal Guarino

Sal Guarino is a personal coaching brand founded by life coach and writer Sal Guarino, who helps people navigate gambling recovery, relationship changes, emotional fatigue, and major life transitions. Drawing on his own experience with recovery and reinvention, as well as a background that includes performance marketing, counseling, and mentoring, Sal offers one-on-one coaching focused on practical, lasting change.

The coaching services include Gambling Recovery and Life Transitions Coaching. Sal works with clients to help them build lives that feel more honest, lighter, and joyful, approaching change at each person’s pace rather than promising overnight results. His style is direct and personal, with an emphasis on connection, self-understanding, and what matters to the individual.

Based in San Miguel de Allende, Sal also writes and shares reflections through his book, writings, and YourSALutations, a free occasional newsletter covering gratitude, resilience, and everyday sources of meaning. The website invites prospective clients to learn about his approach, explore his offerings, and get in touch to begin a conversation.
